I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Pembroke Lodge in London. The couple, Helen and Tom, were getting married on a beautiful September day. The weather was perfect, with clear blue skies and a gentle breeze.

Pembroke Lodge is a stunning venue, set in the heart of Richmond Park. The lodge is a Georgian mansion with a beautiful garden and parkland. The grounds are perfect for wedding photos, with plenty of shady spots for portraits and plenty of open space for group shots.

Helen and Tom chose to have their ceremony on the Terrace. The ceremony was simple and elegant, with close family and friends in attendance.  After the ceremony, we took some photos in the gardens overlooking London.

The reception was held in the Belvedere, a purpose-built wedding venue within the lodge. The Belvedere is a stunning room with a high ceiling and large windows. The room was decorated with flowers and candles, creating a romantic atmosphere.

The reception was a joy to photograph. The guests were all so happy and excited for Helen and Tom. There was dancing, laughter, and lots of love in the air.

It was a truly magical day, and I was honored to be a part of it. I wish Helen and Tom all the best in their future together.

• The weather in September is usually mild and sunny, making it a perfect time for an outdoor wedding.
